Every winter I worry about the same thing, weight gain. I know it’s cold outside and my body seems to only want to nap and eat carbs. But this year I have a plan! I am working out for at least 20 minutes 5 times a week. So far I am right on track. I am determined this winter that I won’t gain any more weight!!!
What do you do to stave off stress during this crazy time of the year???
