On November 6th of this year I am taking part in a craft fair. I have a single space booth and I am selling hand knit ornaments, handmade soaps and candles. I have promised myself that in order to generate the largest stock I can, I am only allowed to knit ornaments. However, this has posed a problem for me. All of a sudden I have start-itis and I want to start or finish several projects. I do have a spreadsheet on my computer with a list of items that I would like to have finished before December 31st. But my biggest urge right now is to knit a slouchy hat. I saw one on Nancy Botwin and have been obsessed ever since. I have plans to knit at least three of them in different colors as well as two slouch berets, just to spice things up. In addition, I have promised to knit a Chullo hat for my husband (a toboggan with ear-flaps). (Note: The link provided is not the exact hat I am knitting, but the same shape). My hat fever is spiking and I am stuck knitting ornaments. Maybe I could sneak in a round or two?
